Project Trainee

             KSA (Knowledge, Skill and Abilities) Development Program for Students

In the Previous year (2007-08), we have given opportunity for 30 final year students (M.Sc-IT/CS and MCA) to do their “Project Training” (Final year “Academic Project Training”) in our organization. These students are from esteem Colleges of south Tamil Nadu and we are please to say that “they have done a great Job”. At the end of “Project Training” Program, We hired few of the students as our employees based on the performance during the Project Training.
Last year “Project Training” Program was successful in many ways like.
• Student – Industry interaction
• Corporate exposure to students
• Real time project experience
• Practical exposure to the theory that they have learnt in Academic.
• Easy for us to search talent pool and make them employable.

This time we plan to facilitate this Program in a bigger & Successful way (Tentatively starts from 3rd or 4th week of November, 2008).

The selection is through Aptitude Test & Two Technical Interview (Selection Procedure is in next page). We planned to do this selection process in 2nd or 3rd week of November 2008.

“No fee will be charged to the students – It’s free of cost”

The top 5 best candidates during the “Project Training” will get placement assurance. The best candidates will be judged based on their performance during the project and the potential of the candidate.

1. Students have to enroll their candidature by sending their resume (Soft copy) to projecttraining@maniindiatech.com on or before 15th of November, 2008.
2. The selection process will be tentatively on 17th of November 2008 and exact data will be conveyed on or before 15th of November, 2008.
3. The venue for the selection : Software Development Center - Kovilpatti
4. On the date of selection, students have to come with Bona-fide certificate, hard copy of the resume (passport size photo attached).
5. The selection process includes Aptitude test, Technical round and HR interview.
6. The final list of candidates will be announced at the end of the interview process
7. Based on our requirement and student interest, our technical people will sit with HR to decide about their project and the team, which they will be going to work.
8. Once topic was finalized, guide will be allotting to the student and he/she will assist him through out the “Project Training” -  Minimum period is 5-6 months
9. After their successful completion of the project, the “Certification of Completion” will be given to the students.
