Workflow Management System:

We provided a web based Workflow Management Software that allows automating a business process, where a generated ship change document has to be passed from one user to another user via task assignments. Each user in the path of the defined workflow votes on the document expressing their views.

Documents submitted to the respective authority through a workflow cycle, are reviewed by the defined users until the document is either rejected or approved without any communication delay. Users with appropriate access (Single sign-on authentication) can track these documents and their current statuses.

Web solution:

We provide a web based system to maintain the complaints of unauthorized dumps and also to coordinate the Mobile County's Animal control procedure and Litter patrol procedure.

This system provides a facility to visit the patrol, looks for evidence that will determine the origin of the waste and/or the person(s) that illegally disposed of the waste. If the person at fault is identified, they may be ordered to cleanup the waste.

Accounting Solution:

This process involves recording the business financial information, summarized, classified, interpreted, and communicated through various departments in the organization. The management accounting info is usually confidential and used within an organization and accessible only by a small group who are mostly decision makers. So we provide a role based security for exchanging the financial information within the organization. Our Financial Accounting System also involves integrating the existing accounting data with the supply chain process.
